Abstract
Cross sections and tensor analyzing powers in elastic scattering, measured at 35 and 45 MeV, are used to determine the asymptotic - to -state ratio of the deuteron wave function. The results agree with the value determined at lower energies and provide a considerably more precise averaged value: .
