Abstract
Results of refraction work in the northern Irish Sea confirm the presence of sedimentary basins of presumed Permo-Triassic age in the Solway Firth and the eastern Irish Sea. A gravity low west of the Isle of Man is, however, more probably largely due to a granite. Keywords
