Integrally Charged Quarks and $2 γ$ Decay of $π^{0}$ and $η$

Abstract

It is shown that the Nambu-Han model of integrally charged quarks can account for both

π^{0} \to 2 γ

and

η \to 2 γ

decay rates with a suitable specification of

0^{-}

and

1^{-}

meson states in "charm" space.
