Abstract
The reaction was studied with 16-MeV deuterons, and the experimental angular distributions were analyzed to determine values and spectroscopic strengths. Combined with previous information from radioactive decay work, the present data allow new assignments for the of levels in and the parities of . The results are also compared with previous () data on the other isotones. The measured value leads to a more accurate value for the mass excess, -86 118±9 keV.
