Abstract
Aromatic analogs of (all-E)- and 13(Z)-retinoic acids were synthesized as potential chemopreventive agents for the treatment of epithelial cancer. Activity was tested in the assay for the inhibition of tumor promotor [12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate]-induced mouse epidermal ornithine decarboxylase. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
