Abstract
SUMMARY: A method has been devised for presenting three‐dimensional information from stereo pairs of electron micrographs in a graphical form. From this it is possible to obtain information about the spatial distribution of defects or precipitates, the existence and depth of denuded zones, the thickness, and the surface topography of thin foils examined by transmission electron microscopy. Keywords
