Abstract
Questionnaires on acne were filled out by 1,023 students in five suburban high schools. The prevalence of acne in this group was 85.1%. The data from the group of 871 students with acne have been analyzed with respect to the prevalence, severity, distribution, and seasonal change. Of the students with acne, 87.7% had not seen a physician, so the therapeutic data that are presented in detail represent the type of program that the adolescent with acne is likely to use without professional consultation. Keywords
