Abstract
The nitroso, hydroxamic acid and acetoxyhydroxamate nitrogenous reduction metabolites of chloramphenicol evidently are not directly toxic to myelopoietic and immunopoietic [mouse] bone marrow precursor cells as assessed by the in vitro colony-forming cell and precursor plaque-forming cell assays, respectively.Keywords
