$S$ -Wave $π π$ Scattering and the ${K_{1}}^{0} - {K_{2}}^{0}$ Mass Difference

Abstract

The result of recent measurements of the

{K_{1}}^{0} - {K_{2}}^{0}

mass difference has been used as a test of various solutions to

s

-wave

π π

scattering which are obtained by solving the full

\frac{N}{D}

equations with various given forms of the driving force. Certain features of these solutions with regard to the evaluation of the mass difference are also pointed out.
