Abstract
A new metabolite of acetophenetidine (phen-acetin), which is S-(l-acetamido-4-hydroxyphenyl)-cysteine, was detected in and isolated from human urine. After the oral administration of 2 g of acetophenetidine 2% of the dose is excreted as this metabolite within 24 hr.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
