Abstract
Summary A new approach to the study of the small lymphocyte is presented. Thoracic duct lymph cells from donor rats are injected into granuloma pouches in recipient rats and the transferred cells are studied both cytologically and histologically. Advantages and limitations of the new method are mentioned.Keywords
