Abstract
The amino acid compositions of cod myosin, cod actin and cod "natural" actomyosin have been determined. Cod myosin and cod actin closely resemble the corresponding rabbit proteins in amino acid composition. The ratio of myosin to actin in cod "natural" actomyosin was found to lie between 2 and 4:1 and therefore approximates to the corresponding ratio in rabbit muscle. Keywords
