Abstract
The problem of space-charge-perturbed currents in dielectric media is studied for the case where the charge injection at one electrode is time dependent. An analytic approach is very difficult, and therefore we have solved numerically the equations governing the charge carrier dynamics. We have considered the special case where the injection has an exponential time dependence. A constant voltage boundary condition is assumed. Results are given for configurations consisting of one and two dielectric layers. This publication has 22 references indexed in Scilit:
