Abstract
An ac calorimetric technique was used to measure the specific heat of TGS from 0 to 80°C. The data are compared with the predictions of mean field theory (MFT) and with the calculations of Larkin and Khmel'nitskii (LK). The data are better described by LK than by MFT for T < Tc but the equations of LK had to be modified to obtain a self-consistent fit both above and below Tc.Keywords
