Abstract
Using the equation of state of the bag model we analyze the transition from quark-gluon plasma to hadrons. The kinematically allowed regions are shown for the zero-temperature case. Results on the energy flux in both the deflagration and detonation regions are given. In the deflagration region the general case of nonzero chemical potential and temperature is investigated. The results presented do not exclude a model for the hadronization based on a detonation transition. Keywords
