Abstract
IgG from rabbit anti‐rat erythrocyte serum was isolated and fractionated according to charge by DEAE‐Sephadex chromatography and isoelectric focusing. In IgG fractions obtained the ratio of serological activities was determined and it was shown that relatively higher lytic activity is associated with the less negative IgG molecules and relatively higher agglutinating activity with more negative IgG molecules. Keywords
