Abstract
The proposed sensitive and rapid colorimetric method is easily adapted to cheese, whole milk, and nonfat dry milk solids. Because of the high initial dilution of the sample and the extreme sensitivity of anthrone, deproteinization is un-necessary. The recovery ability of the anthrone method is high. Comparative results between the anthrone and the Cu reduction methods are in good agreement. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
