Abstract
This uncommon entity is described. The aneurysm from the concave surface of the ascending arch enlarged anteriorly and to the left, producing obstruction of the pulmonary artery by compression and resulting in cor pulmonale. The mechanism was prolonged and resulted in chronic right heart failure. There are corroborative roentgenographic evidences of enlarged right ventricle, pulmonary artery and conus, and ecg. evidence of persistent intraventricular block. Keywords
