Abstract
A simple method for measurement of scattering coefficients in the microwave junction without matched termination is described. The method is based on the observation of incident, reflected and scattered waves when an RF wave packet is injected for the microwave junction. The application of the method to the multijunction grill for driving the plasma current is presented with comparison to its theoretical prediction. Keywords
