A SIMPLE TECHNIQUE FOR THE ANALYSIS OF VEGETABLE AND ANIMAL PHOSPHOLIPIDS BY THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY

Abstract
The phospholipid fractions from five locally grown seeds, namely, Poinciana regia, Dolichos lablab, Luffa cylindrica, Trifolium alexandrinum, and Acacia arabica and from an animal source, egg yolk, were isolated. The individual phospholipids were identified using a simple and efficient thin layer Chromatographie technique. Die Phospholipid–Fraktionen von Poinciana regia, Dolichos lablab, Luffa cylindrica, Trifolium alexandrinum und Acacia arabica sowie aus Eidotter wurden isoliert. Es wird eine einfache Methode zur DC–Trennung mitgeteilt.
