Abstract
A method is presented for the determination of glucose in peptone water, and bacterial cultures in this medium. This method is based upon the reduction of ferricyanide and involves the use of a correction factor for the reducing action of the peptone. The method possesses an accuracy of [plus or minus] 2%.This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
