Abstract
Substantial improvements in energy conversion efficiency are reported for silicon MIS solar cells fabricated on both single‐crystalline and semicrystalline substrates. Based on active area, AM1 efficiencies of 15.1% and 12.6%, respectively, have been obtained for 3.1‐cm2 cells at 26 °C.Keywords
