Abstract
Results of an experimental study of the ion-electron-emission coefficient of monocrystalline and amorphous germanium as a function of the angle of incidence for 10–30 keV Ne+, Ar+, Kr+ ions are presented. Using the concept of ion channeling in crystals the energy dependence of anisotropy of the ion-electron-emission coefficient is explained.Keywords
