Abstract
The tissue specificity of porcine zona pellucida antigen(s) and the monospecificity of antibodies to isolated porcine zonae pellucidae were examined by radioimmunoassay. No zona immunoreactivity was detected in 22 porcine tissues and fluids examined with the exception of ovary. These data strongly indicate that porcine zonae pellucidae contain a specific antigen(s).This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
