Abstract
Cider procyanidins were successfully separated by h.p.l.c on hydrocarbon bonded reverse‐phase packings with acidified water‐methanol eluents. Adsorptive separations were useful for low molecular weight procyanidins but generally suffered from excessive k values, whilst gel‐permeation separations provided less resolution than might be expected from consideration of the molecular weight range present. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
