A case report of a patient who developed acute myelogenous leukemia 15 years after injection of Thorotrast and who has been in a sustained long term remission for 14 years is presented with a review of the problems associated with Thorotrast, subsequently shown to be radioactive with long term sequelae. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
