Abstract
The procedure of thin starch gel electrophoresis described by Aschaffenburg and Thymann (J. Dairy Sci. 48: 1524, 1965) was changed to permit resolution at low pH of the 3 genetic forms of [beta]-casein. A recently discovered by Peterson and Kopfler (Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 22: 388, 1066).This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
