Abstract
Crossover scaling functions for the free energy and, hence, also for the specific heat and nonordering susceptibility in the bicritical region of a classical Heisenberg magnet with axial and rhombic anisotropic exchange interactions have been constructed by analysis of high-temperature series expansions. These results provide a basis for comparison with experiments on antiferromagnets near the spin-flop bicritical point. Keywords
