Second-Order Symmetry Breaking inKl3Decays

Using current algebra, partially conserved axial-vector current (for pion and kaon), and scalar and pseudoscalar meson dominance for two-point functions, we calculate $K_{l3\mathrm{}}$ decay parameters. The spectral-function sum-rule estimates for $\frac{F_K}{F_{\pi }}$ and $\frac{F_{\kappa }}{F_{\pi }}$ are used in the numerical evaluation.
