Abstract
The diurnal variation in plasma Fe was studied in 19 adult males without demonstrable organic disease. The mean plasma Fe level at 9:00 a.m. was 155 [plus or minus] 16 [mu]g. % and at 5:00 p.m. was 65 [plus or minus] mug. %. Thus the plasma Fe decreased during the day and rose during the night. Keywords
