Abstract
A patient with an early oat cell carcinoma and inappropriate antidiuretic hormone (ADH) secretion is presented whose symptoms were cured by resecting the tumor. The follow-up period is 4 1/2 yr. Another unusual feature, the presence of thrombocytopenia, was greatly improved by the lung resection. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
