Abstract
Here, we describe a protocol that has been adapted for the transformation of yeast cells in 96-well microtiter plates. This protocol can be tailored for multiple applications and is suitable for high-throughput applications. It can be completed in 2-3 h, once the yeast cells have been grown depending on the heat shock used. Keywords
