Abstract
Excited levels of isolated nearest‐neighbor Mn‐Mn pairs of Zn1−xMnxS, Zn1−xMnxSe, and Zn1−xMnxTe have been studied by inelastic neutron scattering. The measurements have been carried out on several single‐crystal and polycrystalline samples with x≤0.05 at various temperatures. Values obtained for the exchange constants 2JNN are −2.78, −2.12, and −1.64 meV for the three studied systems, respectively. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
