Abstract
Thin layers of Nb–Al compounds on a Nb substrate have been produced. An initial deposit of 200 Å of Al yielded samples with transition temperatures of 14°K after suitable heat treatment, and it appears that Nb3Al is formed.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
