Abstract
In the 4 patients studied the fibrinogenopenia was accompanied by other abnormalities of the coagulation factor. Prolongation of the prothrombin time by the 1-stage method was due to deficiency of the labile factor (Ac-globulin). The time of prothrombin consumption and of thromboplastinogen (AHG) activity indicated the possibility of an associated decrease in platelet factor and thromboplastinogen. Keywords
