Abstract
Thin films of the Y-Er-Ba-Cu-O system were prepared on YSZ substrates by a spray pyrolysis method. Effects of mixed rare earth elements on superconducting properties were examined. It was found that the mixing of rare earth elements Y and Er is useful for the enhancement of Jc values of thin films. Keywords
