Abstract
The supervisory control system proposed in Part I is shown to be capable of controlling the set-point of an imprecisely modelled process in the face of constant disturbance inputs and norm bounded modeling errors of both the parametric and unmodelled dynamical types. It is also shown that the overall system cannot be destabilized by bounded exogenous disturbances and measurement noise be they constant signals or not.
