Abstract
Some previous results concerning eigenvalue assignment using constant output feedback arc extended. Necessary and sufficient conditions for an output feedback solution to exist lire shown to be equivalent to conditions imposed by the controllability and observability indices of the given system. An example is provided to illustrate the procedures described. Keywords
