Abstract
The elucidation of 1H‐13C connectivities is one of the most powerful NMR tools for the determination of unknown structures, and a new one‐dimensional correlation technique is presented, based on a modified INEPT sequence. Omission of the first two 180° refocusing pulses and randomization of the mixing delay realize addition of a 13C bearing the selected 1H. This technique avoids resorting to the acquisition time and data storage consuming two‐dimensional approaches, and does not require any selective pulse or decoupling. Keywords
