Abstract
An India ink suspension with particles 0.4 to 1.5 [mu] in diam. introduced into the cisterna magna of 8 adult rabbits was observed as "ink cuffs" at the proximal poles of the root ganglia 48 hrs. later. From the cul-de-sac near the proximal pole of the root ganglion the India ink passed into the subdural space, the substance of the ganglion and the nerve. The perivascular spaces of the central nervous system contained varying amts. of India ink.
