Abstract
Features of the growth and structure of ryegrass-dominant, staggers-prone pastures investigated during the summer of 1970–71 are described. Increase in herbage yield was confined to urine-patch areas. Sheep set-stocked over the summer showed a preference for urinepatch herbage. Keywords
