Polarized Photoproduction ofω0Mesons

Abstract
It is demonstrated in detail how linearly polarized photons can be used to determine the relative contributions of one-pion-exchange and diffraction production to the photoproduction of mesons. Recent data are fitted by a superposition of the two processes, and predictions of polarization effects are given.
