Abstract
Peripheral blood leukocyte counts in 104 thyrotoxic (Graves'' disease) patients were compared with those in 107 normal subjects of similar age and sex. The thyrotoxic patients had a significant leukopenia with an aboslute and relative neutropenia. They also had a relative lymphocytosis, but the absolute lymphocyte count was within normal limits. The relative and absolute monocyte counts were normal. [The immunopathological nature of this disease is discussed.].This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
