Abstract
A parton description of soft, high-energy annihilation is presented in a three-chain model based on the dual topological unitarization scheme. With this model, full, quantitative, zero-parameter predictions are made for inclusive single-particle rapidity distributions and their energy dependence, which are testable in forthcoming experiments.
