Abstract
Nonlinear optical properties of dense excitonic systems in ZnSe- single quantum wells have been studied by means of time-resolved nonlinear luminescence spectroscopy, based on an excitation correlation technique. The enhancement in luminescence efficiency of biexcitons was clearly observed in a time-correlation trace of nonlinear biexciton luminescence. The origin of the enhancement was attributed to the stimulation of biexciton luminescence.
