Abstract
Three cases of patients with cardiac myxoma who had attacks of acute myocardial infarc tion are presented. Cineangiographic study showed normal coronary arteries. Immunohistochemical and serologic examination revealed that both interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 were secreted in cardiac myxoma. The authors discuss the relation between these cytokines and myocardial infarction with normal coronary arteries. Keywords
