Abstract
A new facile synthesis has been developed for nanomolar Hsp90 inhibitor, cycloproparadicicol (2). Our approach relied on cobalt-complexation promoted RCM, in combination with tandem Diels−Alder/retro-Diels−Alder reactions to assemble the resorcycinylic macrolactone. Keywords
