Abstract
We show that the parton model adequately describes production for Fermilab reactions. In addition, we point out that the model directly predicts production in reactions providing extensive tests for experimental verification. We remark that, withstanding these tests, the model may be used to extract , inelastic form factors from production data for , reactions.
