Abstract
34, 17 and 14 ps pulses have been generated at repetition rates of 2.5, 5 and 10 GHz, respectively, from an integrated laser modulator at 1.5 µm. Pulse widths were significantly reduced by modulating at both the fundamental and the second harmonic frequencies.Keywords
