Abstract
Antigen cross reactivity of various mycobacterial sonicates with M. tuberculosis was studied by fused rocket immunoelectrophoresis using 2 M. tuberculosis reference antisera. A considerable degree of cross reactivity was noted with both antisera and each antiserum revealed different information about the antigenic complexities between mycobacteria.
